    Corefact is a full-service marketing services provider for the real estate and mortgage industries. Agents can choose from any of the hundreds of online templates that are customizable to their marketing needs, have them printed and mailed directly to a mailing list, or shipped to the agent to distribute.

    Corefact offers personalized direct mail marketing that uses variable data printing to drive consumers online to capture their interest. With a higher response rate than traditional static mailers and easily measurable interest, agents can then gauge which prospective clients to reach out to. Other products offered include open house flyers and brochures, door hangers, yard and a-frame signs and sign riders, business cards and stationery, and more. All with outstanding print quality and attention to detail.

    Product Development

    During my time as a member of the product development team, I:

    • Created a variety of designs for online templates, including postcards, flyers, and brochures;
    • Built out multiple sizes and/or folds for specific designs;
    • Created attractive designs that work within the limits of the online template editor while allowing room for clients to adjust and edit to make the design their own; and
    • Ensured the designs were set up with proper margins, crops, and bleeds according to Corefact’s print standards.

    Agent Announcement Postcards

    These clean, minimalistic postcards can be used by agents to announce that they are a new agent, part of a new brokerage, or focusing on a new area. Text, colors, and photos editable by the client. 8.5″ x 5.5″

    2020 Calendar Postcards

    Calendar postcards help agents to stay at the top-of-mind all year long. These cards feature a variety of designs including simplistic, rainbow, marble, and photography based. Only headshot and contact info are editable. 8.5″ x 5.5″

    Modern Bold Suite

    This “Modern Bold” suite of postcards, flyers, and brochures feature straight lines, color blocking, bold text, and an emphasis on property photos. This suite allows the agent to maintain consistent branding through the entire process from home listing to home sale.

    HouseTalk Newsletter

    Series of 6 newsletters with 3 matching backs. These newsletters were a redesign of previous newsletters that had become stale both in design and sales. The redesign includes the main content section with a “Tip for Seller” and allows the agent to include information about community events, recently sold homes, testimonials, etc. These newsletters allow the agent to offer valuable advice and information to potential clients while marketing themselves as a knowledgeable agent in the area.

    All content is editable by the client. 8.5″ x 11″


    Elite Campaigns

    The Corefact Elite Campaign program is an automated 12-month, semi-customized direct-mail marketing plan. After set-up, cards are automatically printed and mailed to the agent’s mailing list once per month, which helps them maintain consistent marketing while freeing up their time for other tasks. 

    My tasks as part of the Elite Campaign Design team are:

    • Cut out the agent’s headshot and color correct if necessary
    • Select a background photo that suits the client’s target area (unless one is provided by the client)
    • Design the outer portion of the card to match the client’s personal branding and/or the branding of their brokerage
    • Layout all necessary contact information logically and attractively and ensure license numbers are included when required by state laws

    Client Campaigns

    Monthly Billboard

    Creating billboards was not a primary task of mine, however, I did create a few designs that were added to the billboard library. When clients start with an Elite Campaign, we set them up with a standard set of 12 top-producing billboards, however, they are able to choose to swap out designs if they’re not right for their audience, they want to include a different variety of cards such as holidays or tips and tricks, or if they are renewing and starting on their second set of 12.


    Custom Designs

    During my time at Corefact, I also had the opportunity to create and edit custom designs for our Custom Design Department. As the company is real estate focused, most designs requested were real estate based, but occasionally we did receive requests for other types of designs. Below are a select few designs that are both real estate and non-real estate related.
